How long does processing take?

Orders are processed in 5-7 business days (Mon–Fri). Each bundle is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure premium quality. (All U-Part wigs are made custom. Please allow 7 business days minimum for processing)

Please note: Processing & Shipping are separate events.

What are the shipping options?

    •    Standard: 5–7 business days after processing

Please note: Carrier delays may affect delivery times extending shipping times to up to 21 days.

Do you accept returns?

No. For hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

Do you allow exchanges?

Yes, exchanges only. Items must be:

    •    Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

    •    Requested within 7 days of delivery

    •    Shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Exchanges are shipped once the original item is received and inspected.

How much hair do I need?

16”–22” → 3 bundles

24”–26” → 4 bundles

28”+ → 5+ bundles

(Less hair is needed if purchasing lace closures with bundles)

Is maintenance required?

Yes. Raw hair must follow a routine to reap its benefits. 

    •    Shampoo once a week

    •    Condition + comb with wide-tooth comb (ends → roots)

    •    Rinse well, air dry

How long does the hair last?

1-3 years (or longer) with proper care. Treat it with care like your own hair.

Can I color the hair?

Yes. This is premium quality hair. We recommend professional coloring + extra moisture for treated hair.
